Curious? We love that 🤔
What ages is the holiday club for?+
Children aged 5 to 11, from Reception to Year 6.
What time does the day run?+
Holiday days run 10am–3pm.
Where is it?+
Mostly at the One of Six cabin, 259A High Street, London E17 7BH, near Walthamstow Central (Victoria line and Overground), with the odd day at Noisy Book Club HQ a 5-minute walk away. It's easy to reach from Leyton, Leytonstone, Chingford and Highams Park. Your confirmation email always says exactly where to go.
Can we book single days?+
Usually, yes. Most holiday days are booked one at a time, so come for a day or the whole holiday. Each holiday's page says if any days go together as a pair.
How much does it cost?+
Most days are £65 per child; days with a guest artist can cost a little more. Bringing two or three children? The 2nd and 3rd child each get 5% off.
What should my child bring?+
A packed lunch and a water bottle every day. We provide healthy snacks (fruit & veg) to keep the engines running. On sunny days add sunscreen and a hat — and please always pack a change of spare clothes, because our art gets gloriously messy.
What makes it different from other holiday clubs?+
It's small, creative and run by a primary teacher. Instead of sport or screen time, children make things (art, sewing, building), and the whole day is woven through with growth mindset: having a go, getting it wrong, and trying again.
What is growth mindset? →How do I pay, and is it secure?+
Payment is taken securely online by card. Your place is confirmed the moment you pay, and a confirmation email with all the details lands straight in your inbox.
What happens after I book?+
You'll be whisked to a short form to tell us all about your child: allergies, emergency contacts, photo consent and the important bits. Completing it finalises their enrolment.
What's your refund policy?+
Booking holds a spot, so we can't always offer a straight refund. If something changes, get in touch as early as you can. First, we'll try to move you to another date or club, or offer a credit. If you'd prefer a refund, we'll happily give one once the place is filled, either by you finding a replacement or by us re-selling it from the waiting list, minus a 10% admin fee that covers card-processing and administration costs. If we can't fill the place, we're not able to refund it. We'll always be reasonable about genuine emergencies.
Are your staff DBS-checked? (Safeguarding)+
Yes, all our staff are fully DBS-checked, so your child is in safe, caring hands. Want to know more about who's leading the adventure and the thinking behind Noisy Book Club?
