Booking is officially open for September. 🥳
Tuesdays at Winns
I absolutely love my Tuesdays with these kids, and I'm so happy they will be carrying on next term.
It's a small group and that's the point. There is a lot of room for chatting, listening and sharing ideas.
We pick up from Winns, head back, and sit down together for a snack. We chat, we catch up, we talk about how our day's been. Then I get to teach them one of the things I think matters most: how to grow a bit braver and stronger, one thought at a time.
Each term we build something as we go. This term we're working on growth mindset/bendy confidence t-shirts. We do a little bit each week, so by the end they've got something that actually represents everything they've learned along the way. And of course, there's still time to play, make new friends, and just be kids together.
Starts Tuesday 8th September · no session during half-term · £40/session, payment plans available
Pickup from Winns Primary → session at Noisy Book Club HQ (10 min walk) → collection 5:30pm
Thursdays at Henry Maynard *new this term*
Something new for September: a collaboration with my pal, child-whisperer and local artist Laura Villares House, bringing together growth mindset and art in one session.
Each week, the kids learn a new growth mindset idea. We talk about trying something new, learning from a mistake and finding a new way to solve a problem. Then they take that straight into an art technique with Laura. Different stations, their choice, lots of exploring materials.
The whole point is to get them comfortable with the process, not chasing a perfect outcome. Not afraid to make mistakes. Curious enough to experiment and try a different way when something goes wrong.
One session = two specialists + kids learning to apply what they've just figured out emotionally to what they're about to make with their hands.
Starts Thursday 10th September · no session during half-term · £40/session, payment plans available
Pickup from Henry Maynard Primary → session at St Mary's Welcome Centre → collection 5:30pm
