So yesterday was my birthday – which obviously means it’s still my birthday week.
I had a lovely old day. The highlight? A drawing from my 3-year-old that came with this gem:
‘Mummy, this is your big heart in your fat belly.’
There’s nothing like childhood honesty. But I’ll take the big heart, thanks kid.
And I’m rolling with it – big heart and all – straight into a birthday gift for you.
Because yes, it’s fun to get presents…
But it’s also really lovely to give them.
