A short one from me today - but one I’ll never stop coming back to:
When we believe something is possible, we start to feel more hopeful - and that hope shifts how we behave.
And when our behaviour shifts? Progress is made.
Here’s what that looks like:
🧜♀️ If your child believes they can get better at drawing a mermaid, they’ll feel more motivated to try again when it goes 'wrong'. And trying again means they’re far more likely to improve.
💼 If you believe you can find a way to make childcare work if you get the job you want, you’ll feel more confident - and that confidence helps you start solving the puzzle instead of giving up on the idea.
Belief → Emotion → Action → Growth.
That’s the cycle. And it starts with what we choose to believe.
